Hotwire Hotel: Help Identifying London Hotwire hotels

I am investigating options for hotels in London June 18-21 and a few listings have popped up that I was hoping someone could help me gather some additional information on. Using the hotel lists that are available, I was not seeing anything that I thought sounded like the right match for the following hotels:

4* Kensingston-Earl's Court $198 Free internet, high speed internet are the only amenities listed. No Tripadvisor reviews available, they are "still gathering reviews for this property."

3* Westminster-Victoria-Big Ben $141 Restaurant, business center, laundry facilities, high speed internet. Recommended in 80% of Tripadvisor reviews.

3* City of London-Tower Bridge-St. Paul's Cathedral area $176 Free breakfast, restaurant, business center, laundry facilities, high speed internet. Recommended in 85% of Tripadvisor reviews.

3* Regents Park-Baker Street-Camden Market area $121 Free breakfast, business center, laundry facilities, high speed internet. Recommended in 95% of Tripadvisor reviews.

I have been using the HOTWIRE links on the site for my search. We were hoping to stay around $200 per night (definitely no more than $250), which I know is tight in London, especially since we are a party of 3. I don't have a problem committing to a non-refundable purchase this far out if I feel that I am getting a good deal.
