Are 4* the same as resort???

This is a question or rather an idea for a rebid?????

Here is the example:

I am bidding on resorts in the N.PHX zone. No 4*'s exsist in any of my free rebids. I first free rebid using resort and now can I rebid it as a 4*???

Also wherever there is a resort quality no 4*'s exsist. Can someone give me some advise? Also I hope this is posted in the correct spot! :) :) Thank you in advance!

I'm not entirely sure i understand the question, but i'll answer the question i think you're asking, but if it doesn't answer your question feel free to clarify.

You bid Resort in Phoenix North and are rejected.

You then (for example) add Phoenix west which only has 1* and 2* hotels, keep you minimum quality level at Resort, and place a re-bid.

If that too is rejected, you're asking if you can drop your level to 4* in order to re-bid again, since there are no 4* hotels in either zone.

Did i get the scenario right?

If so, i don't think you'll be given the option of selecting 4* since neither zone offers that quality level. In order for the star level to be shown as an option, at least one zone of those selected would have to contain that star level.

You are so right!!!! :) Sorry for bothering you! Just can't believe that a bid from $45 up to $60 doesn't get me a resort in N.PHX on 8/21 through 8/24!

I will keep trying and report everything when I get it or go to a different zone.
