There amenities are common in this area and the Le Meridien, Sofitel, and Hilton Inn at Penn all seem like likely candidates.

4* Center City East - Old City area hotel $85

The Loews or the Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn's Landing would be my best guess here.

Booked the Center City West-University hotel for ($90) - price went up from yesterday and booked a second room for $93. Hotel wound up being Le Meridian so quite happy. Thank you Better Bidding ! (Now I just have to book 3 more rooms at the same hotel !)

If you have to book three individual rooms at the same property, I'd try to book them together, as if you try to book 3 in 3 individual transactions, there is always the possibility that you may book 1 or 2 more and then that may be it for the property in terms of HOTWIRE inventory for your date, resulting in one or more of the rooms having to be at a different hotel.
