Chris26WI Posted August 22, 2005 Report Posted August 22, 2005 The "Cape Panwa" zone has been activated now in Priceline (US&Asia), offering 2 and 3 star in PL US and 2 to 5 star (?) in Priceline Hongkong/SG. so probably a got free rebid zone. The 3 star might be the "Panwa Beach Resort" - as it appears in the "compare prices" section as 3star.
