Welcome to BetterBidding!

Are you familiar with NYC and/or a reason why you chose these two hotels? Neither is really that centrally located for the average visitor and if you're willing to bid up to $150/nite i think you may be able to get a 4* hotel in Midtown for around this price.

Is there something in particular you need or do you need to be around the two zones above?

Yes, i'm quite familiar with NYC and i stayed previosuly in this area. i'm trying to save money and as hotels in nyc for those days are so expensive i thought about staying in Long Island City. Of course i prefer Manhattan, but there is quite a difference.

Thanks again!

Sorry! Me again!

Another alternative could be:

2.5* Central Park West area hotel

Amenities: High Speed Internet Access

3.5 out of 5 in TripAdvisor

$64 per might per room

(i would love this included breakfast!)

This 2.5* CPW property has not yet been reported to the board, but a guess would be the Park 79 Hotel (but it's really just a guess).

Since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.

If you're not willing to SPLITTING YOUR PRICELINE BID and/or take the chance on the $64 hotel above, then i think the best bang for your buck wtihin your budget for this trip would be HOTWIRE's 3* MTC hotel that shows a 4.0/5.0 TA rating for $124/nite with:

Smoke Free

Hi-Speed Internet

Kitchenette

Deaf Accessible

Travel Accessible

Room Accessible

Bathroom Accessible

Roll-in Shower

... for which my best guess would be the Salisbury Hotel.
