Easy to rebid since most Cleveland regions have no 4* hotels -- thanks betterbidding.com! Matching hotel available on Hotwire (as a 3.5*) for $77/night + ~$36 tax/fees = $190; also as priceline express deal. Only a few hotels in University Circle area, so little doubt it was Intercontinental Suites. So bidding only saved me ~$20 over that offer -- but still happy to get this price!
