Just won the Marriott Inner Harbor for $59. After reading up on Baltimore (thanks betterbidding!) I started through the PRICELINE link with $55 for 3.5star and went in $2 steps.

Quite a good deal for this location compared to $164 as shown for this location through other direct offer websites.
