Looking at 2 offers Downtown White House area for early 2013. I want location close to museums and a metro station for outlying sights. The Willard, J.W. or W would be great location. Any help on deciphering

these offers would be greatly appreciated:

My travel dates are Jan. 7 through Jan. 11. 3 people, 1 room

While the amenities for the 4* property are quite common for a city hotel, my best guess would be the Westin City Center.

For the 4.5* property my guess would be the Madison hotel.
