After all taxes it comes out to $109.48 for me.

Booking directly from their website, this is the cost:

1 night at 149.00 CAD per night

Total for stay (including estimated taxes):

174.33 (CAD)

So it's a savings of $64.85 or 37%. It's near the airport and has free shuttle service as well, so ideal for my flight the next morning.

Maybe I could have found a cheaper hotel in the area, but this seemed like a better hotel than my corporate one, for a lot less than I normally pay.
