Hotwire Hotel: Help ID 2.5 Star Empire State Bldg

Hi all! Hotwire is offering a great rate ($127/night) for our stay in April, but I'm hoping you all can help me ID the hotel. It's a 2.5 star hotel in the Empire State Building area, only amenity listed is free internet. The site says they are still gathering reviews for the property. Any ideas?
