Have already won, and stayed at this hotel. I have to say that this is the first time out of all the times that I've bid on price line that i was sincerely disappointed. The location of the hotel is near Love field, that's for sure, so if you're looking for a room next to the airport this is a solid bet. However, it's still a good 7 or 8 miles from the Uptown/ night life of the city, which was what I needed a room for.

Location aside, the room we got was very large on the 20th floor. The bathroom was spotless, although the shower curtain did not reach all the way around the tub, so no matter what, you will have water on your floor when you get out. No biggie, just throw down some towels. They did offer the normal, soaps, shampoo, and lotion. The bathroom also included a very large vanity.. with a very tiny sink. Honestly, they could have put in 3 sinks.. this is how large the vanity area was, great for a pack of women, but pretty useless otherwise.

We ended up leaving this hotel in the middle of the night. The room was hot. Not like a little hot, it was steamy burning up hot. No matter what we did with the thermostat, it didn't get any better. We went down to the front desk to complain, and they told us that, " all we had to do was let them know what temperature we wanted the room to be at during check-in and they would have sent some one up to change our thermostat from heat to cool." At first we stood there baffled trying to figure out what on earth he was talking about, however he then explained that it has to be changed in the wall or something. I couldn't believe me ears. The guy said it, like it was the most normal thing. HE was exasperated with US for information that should have probably been passed to us at check in, but instead was never uttered. As if only have one option of either hear or cool was normal for hotel rooms. Whatever we were pissed off, hot, and on the twentieth floor, we were not waiting for that at all.

So in conclusion, if you end up with this hotel, your supposed to call and let them know ahead of time that you don't want to be baked alive in your room.
