I've never stayed there but it is in a rather convenient location. I think you could possibly get a midtown 4* for $130-145, depending on which zones would be acceptable.

This listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but I'd guess the Manhattan Hotel at TS *may* be a possibility in this case.
