Started bidding at $30, raised bid 4 times by $3 each time, won when I got to $42. Dallas has loads of re-bid zones, even for 3.5 star hotels (I had 14 re-bid zones to choose from).

This is a property I was hoping for because it has free parking so no hidden charges.
