General comment: We were given a one bedroom (2nd floor) - enjoyed this place! It is one block over from Collins ave (main drag of SOBE) and kiddy corner to the Hotel Perry/W hotel. Pool area lovely -- do as noted on Trip Advisor and request a room poolside.
