Ok, I clicked through the links, but based on one of the other posts it looks like the 5 star is the Trump and I'm not interested in staying there. I have found 2 other listings that look interesting:

4.5 star in Water Tower for $123 night with Free internet, fitness center, high speed internet, Boutique hotel, smoke free rooms and restaurant(s).

4.5 star in River North for $95/night with smoke free rooms, business center, fitness center, high speed internet and restaurant(s).

The 5* Mag Mile would likely be the Trump, as the other 5*'s downtown fall in other zones.

The 4.5* Mag Mile would be either the Intercontinental or Conrad, but I'd lean towards the latter being more likely.

My guess for the 4.5* Water Tower is a possible new amenity set for the Ivy.
