Sheraton Suites Plantation booked for $80 a night. The amenities say free internet but their website says it is free in the lobby but 9.95 in the room. Are they obligated to give me free internet in the room since it is listed on the amenities?

If you haven't yet, please read your messages.

I would call HOTWIRE and let them know that you need internet access for this trip and purchased this property based upon the 'Property offers free internet access in all room' but in checking the hotel website it indicates that in-room access is $10/day and how you should handle it if there is indeed a charge. Unless they have an agreement not to charge HOTWIRE guests for internet, they may give you the option to cancel the reservation OR tell you to pay the fee and submit a receipt to them upon your return for reimbursement.
