JessOTR Posted December 26, 2012 Author Report Posted December 26, 2012 Sorry. Dates of stay were Dec 9-10 (1 night) 2012. I'll also add now that we were very disappointed. The room was located on a VERY nice resort property, with condos, cabins, a large lodge/main hotel, and then several motel-like buildings. The overall resort is probably a 3*, but the rooms we were put in most definitely were not. They gave us a motel-like room, doors on the outside. It was a basic, small room with motel-quality bedding, a tube T.V. no free internet ($10 a day!!) and not a good signal anyway. The bathroom was also small with a vanity in the main room, no closet. The room WAS very clean and looked to be recently re-painted. If I had been looking for a cheap motel room, this would have fit the bill, but I was after a 3* room. If you're going to Branson, make sure to leave "the hills" area off of your bid to avoid this room, unless all you need is a clean place to stay with no frills. Just make sure you bid accordingly.
AaronJB Posted December 27, 2012 Report Posted December 27, 2012 Thank you for the follow-up, although very sorry to hear that the property was a disappointment. I'd write PRICELINE and tell them that you felt the portion of the property you were put into did not fit the star rating.
