Wes M Posted December 7, 2012 Report Posted December 7, 2012 We saw people bidding $140 and $145 for this type of property so we placed a $145 bid and was accepted right away. We initially wanted the Grand Hyatt but my offers for 170, 180 and 190 were rejected.
