kxsin Posted December 7, 2012 Report Posted December 7, 2012 Can someone please tell me what I should be bidding to get a 4 or 5 star hotel in Kona for 12/28 to 12/31 in Oahu for 12/25 to 12/28. I realize these are expensive days and will do the needful - what in your expert opinion should be my approach. My preference is Wailkoloa in Kona and Waikiki on the Beach in Oahu. Thanks for your help in advance.

gandalf22 Posted December 9, 2012 Report Posted December 9, 2012 I tried for almost two weeks to get a room for Jan. 20th ot 24th, without success for 3.5 stars, even with bids as high as 140-145$.Finally, I decide to go with Hotwire : 180$ per night (all taxes included) for Courtyard King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel.
