I love its close location to Union Square and SF Shopping Centre. I booked two rooms so I called the hotel a few days ago directly to request connecting rooms and the staff treated me like a king - not riff raff as some Priceline and Hotwire bookings will get you. I am looking forward to this quick trip to my former hometown.
