If I am correct it looks like the 3.5 star would be National hotel and suites ottawa and the 4 star would be the Marriott or Westin. Sound like an accurate guess?

My guess is that the 4* may be a new amenity set for the Marriott, while the 3.5* would be a possible match for the National.
