I checked the list and there are no hotels with 3* and Golf. The only hotels with Golf in this area are 4*, the Portofino and the Royal Pacific.

There are a few 3* with breakfast, Best Western (maybe), Hawthorn Suites, Hyatt Place and Ramada, but the other amenities dont match (ie. they all have Internet, Hawthorn is a Condo, Best Western has a resort fee, etc.)

Im confused :(
