Priceline Hotel: Express Deals from Priceline via email

I've been getting deals via email from Priceline. I need to travel to Houston and wanted to stay in the Galleria area. It is a set rate. Wondering folks thoughts on this deal. States Houston Galleria Area - rated 8.0 for $73 night ($242 for similar hotels). What hotel could this be, is this a good price or should I go through the bidding process?

I should of jumped on that offer, it was a great one for 4*. Still haven't purchased. Any idea what hotel is the following? Houston Galleria, 3*, $106/nt. 'guest favorite' guest rating: 8.0.
