I hope the 1 star isn't beneath the research. I was just surprised that 80% of Hotwire customers recommended it.

Any ideas on what it could be?

Have you made any plans/decision for your January Orlando Trip? Do the dates above replace your January trip OR will you be visiting the area in both January and April?

We will be making two separate trips to Orlando, once in January and again in April. The January dates are for a Birthday. The April dates are firm because of a school spring break.
