There is a very large convention in town next week, so rates are quite high. However, it seems a good deal for this hotel. Of note, same hotels shows up in Express deal as $163, thus saving of $23 between NYOP and Express Deal. Holiday Inn website showing $316 lowest rate for this period!

Very nice deal for a busy period! PRICELINE reservations are not eligible for upgrades, but I'd suggest trying to ask for a river view room at this property - worst they can say is no.
