thereuare Posted November 20, 2012 Report Posted November 20, 2012 Seasonally this is one of the busiest weekends in NYC and based upon current rates $130 is not in the right ballpark for a 4* hotel. It's possible that rates could come down in the next week if hotels get a surge of unexpected cancellations (or fewer new reservations then expected) but given the high demand dates i don't think this is something that you can count on.Do you have a back-up reservation anyplace? Using MAPS and HOTELS.com what is the best rate you're able to find at an acceptable 4* hotel in one of the zones you're bidding? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
