Priceline registry from an other country ?

Hi guys,

a friend of mine and me are planning our first USA Trip in February 2013 and we want to stay for 3 nights in Las Vegas,

so i decided to check out what priceline offers to us, but i have problems with the billing information that are required,

because one can only choose usa or canada, but i am living in germany...

What can i do ???
