Priceline Hotel: 4* Newark - Meadowlands (Jersey City - Hoboken - Weehawken) Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel

I want to specifically target the above hotel for 11/23/2012 to 11/29/2012. The lowest rates i could find is $222/night $252 with taxes. I would like to pay no more than 200 with taxes. Any suggestions for strategies I may try?

I think the 4 star on Hotwire is the same hotel and it is going for $168.
