I see this 3.5* MTE property now and my guess for this one would be the Lexington New York City or the Hilton Manhattan East. Do note that htis property shows a 55% recommendation from previous HOTWIRE guests which is very low.

THE 3.5* $114 was the Lexington and I am very pleased with the location which was exactly where we wanted to be.
