I made the above bid about 4 days ago. Yesterday I went through many iterations of unsuccessful bids for subsets of the 9/27 - 10/2 time period (I could use a second room for some or all of the time, but I don't need one, so I can afford to lowball). Rather than post each as a separate topic, here's the overview:

9/27 - 10/2 (Cathedral Hill, USW, USE, FW)

3* failed up to $51

2.5* failed up to $47

9/28 - 10/2 (Cathedral Hill, USW, USE, FW)

That could easily explain the higher required bid than the other nites.
