And does it make a difference if you look at non blind hotels and see the holiday inn in ft lee right under it it shows this hot rate?

Thanks for the quick reply. When looking for hotels in this area, whats the best places to be for proximity to Met Life and Izod? Unfortunately, everything in the "meadowlands" area is gone or too much

no need for NYC really, looking for easiest access to met life and izod for wrestlemania in april. trying to stay under 100 night if possible but i dont know the areas. like paying 98/night for that crowne but having to drive and park every day and pay for that vs paying 124 for the following hot rate and possibly be within walking distance?

There are about 3-4 hotels that are in 'true' walking distance:

Hampton Inn

Fairfield Inn

Residence Inn

Holiday Inn Express

Sheraton (walking distance but not the safest walk)

The advantage of NYC (besides being able to have things to do while not attending Wrestle mania) is that you'll like have easy bus access to the Meadowlands from the Port Authority. If you'd prefer to not stay in NYC and want to bid for a hotel, the Meadowlands-Rutherford zone is the closest, followed by the Secaucus-North Bergen... but odds favor that you'll need to drive to the arena from most hotels in this area.

Jersey City-Weehawken is about 5 miles away and offers light rail service to the Meadowland for 'major events', but not sure the draw of Wrestlemania and if this cause the light rail to run their stop to the stadium or not.

You can use our Priceline Maps to get a feel for the general area and see the hotels that have been won and reported to the board, and their location relative to the Meadowlands.
