This property has not yet been reported to the board... a 'shot in the dark' would be a new amenity set for the Astor on the Park, but i'm not really certain.

I would be a bit cautious with a 2* hotel in this zone that has a 3.0/5.0 TA rating (which isn't that high) and would sooner spend an extra $20-$30/nite for a higher rated (and reviewed) hotel in midtown, for which there are a variety of options for your dates... but of course it's your money and i'm not sure just how firm your budget is.
