jbrock1141 Posted November 9, 2012 Report Posted November 9, 2012 Started bidding Monday for Sat night 11/10 at 60 declined, added a dead zone and went to 65 nothing. Dropped the star rating down to 2 1/2* and still nothing. Tuesday bid 70 and 75 same manner as above. Bid 80 on Wednesday and nothing. Decided the Hyatt on NW express for 110 total was the same money after fees on PL and a little closer to where we will be going. . Tonight I gave it a shot at 70 and it accepted. Wish I woulda tried 65 because that's what I normally get the same room for on PL. There is a home game for Okc thunder on Friday an Sunday so I thought I wouldn't get a room downtown at all.
jbrock1141 Posted November 9, 2012 Author Report Posted November 9, 2012 Sorry first time posting. I bid downtown and added frontier city as there are no 2 1/2* or higher in that area. Ended up at The Sheridan hotel. We have gotten this hotel 6 times now when we choose downtown and for 65-75 it's well worth it with a regular price of 140-200.
