The free parking and breakfast are the amenities that aren't listed. Any idea of which hotel?

The offer also says 90% Trip Advisor Approval.

A property with this amenity set has not yet been reported to the board, but my guess would be the Best Western Plus The Inn at Marina del Rey (using a new amenity set since the Best Western took ownership).
