MaestroChris Posted November 8, 2012 Report Share Posted November 8, 2012 I had been bidding for several days trying to get a Hotel in Metairie, then moved on to MSY, then Convention Center, then French Quarter and finally Downtown. Bids didn't go through my first couple days bidding. I started at $55/night and I'd gotten up to $75 daily and never got a win. Then I finally waited until I was in the city and bid again, and started at 65 and worked my way up to $75 and ended up getting a nice spot at the JW Marriott. I purchased 4 rooms for 2 nights each. It was a great stay there! The ONLY bad part of this was the $35/night parking! SHEESH!yes, I used the PRICELINE links! Link to comment
