Fiduciary Posted November 6, 2012 Report Posted November 6, 2012 First bid was $85, they offered to re-bid at $102. Added Langley for a free re-bid, bumped up to $95 and got the Georgian Court. I've stayed there before, I think $90 is a good deal for this property. Thanks to other people in the forums for posting their wins!
