Priceline Hotel: NYC 12/7-12/9

Hello--

Looking for some help in a strategy for a 3.5/48 hotel anywhere in the Manhattan borough for 12/7-12/9. I have tried to put some offers around $200 with Priceline (areas below) but keep getting denied. Any idea what the going rate is for this weekend? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Central Park South

Chelsea Area

Downtown - Financial District

Empire State Building Area

Madison Square Garden - Convention Area

Midtown East

Midtown West

SoHo - Tribeca

Times Square - Theatre District

Upper East Side

Unfortunately, this is really in the middle of one of the busiest periods of the year with holiday shopping and visits for festivities. What is the max you've bid so far and what would be your desired max bid per night? You're likely not vastly far off from a win in the downtown area, but Midtown will be considerably more expensive, especially at the 4* level.
