Suggestion

thereuare,

I know it'd be more work for you, but I'd like to suggest the possibilty of adding a "last seen" date to new accepted bids in your priceline hotel lists (may work ok for hotwire as well). It could just be a short date in parenthesis after the hotel name - e.g.

Cincinnati (King's Island Area)

2* Towneplace Suites (8/05)

2* Springhill Suites (10/04)

I'd assume priceline adds and drops certain hotels as those hotels' managements change their business strategies and pricing schemes. Seeing that a hotel hasn't be seen on Priceline in over 2 years would help us make more informed decisions on trying for certain areas.

Obviously, it would be nearly impossible to go through all the legacy bids already on the site, but starting from now forward would be more managable.

It's just a suggestion. I realize it'd be a decent amount of extra work for you, so take it as you will. :)
