Trip Advisor rating is 3.5 - most comments there are that the hotel needs updating.

There will be a $30 per night parking charge that isn't included and the breakfast buffet is supposed to be about $20-24 pp.

This week is a high demand week due to the Ultra Music Festival and spring break season.

Savings were about $100 per night off Hyatt website rate after you factor in all the taxes.

After reading the reviews on Trip Advisor, I decided to take advantage of my ability to cancel within 24 hours (offered on certain properties - normally not allowed.

I won the Hilton Downtown (3.5 stars) instead. Will post that hotwire hotel win separately.
