Lowered to 2-star ("upscale") and raised bid to $45, got it.

I think I could probably have gotten a 3-star for about the same,

but I didn't want to wait a day to re-bid as our stay date was approaching.

I also didn't want to risk getting a hotel in the other VA Beach areas.
