I am trying to id a 4* hotel in Washington DC White House Downtown area for stay 11/4-11/7 for $133/night with following ammenities: Smoke Free Room, Business Center, Fitness Center, High Speed Internet Access, and Restaurants. Also trying to id a 4.5* hotel in same area (White House - Downtown) for $144 per night with the following ammenities: Free Internet, Boutique Hotel, Fitness Center, Spa Services, Accessible path of travel, accessible for blind, accessible for deaf.

My guess for the 4* would be the Westin City Center. For the 4.5* listing, are there additional accessible amenities beyond the ones listed above when you scroll over "see all" next to the amenities on the listing?

On the 4.5 star the additional amenities are: roll-in shower, business Center, in-room accessibility, and fitness Center. Perhaps the Madison?
