Last minute bidding, because of the storm, but all things considered I'm ok with the rate. It was pretty hard to get. I suspect lack of rooms/power and the marathon have everything to do with that.

In the end I just had all boroughs checked except for Brooklyn and the lower ones (Financial, Soho, Lower East Side) and 4 stars. S
