Not desired but accept if have to:6 Empire Stae East, 11 Midtown East, 16 Times Square, 18 Upper West Side

Is $120 per night plus fees and tax realistic?

Probably not. Using MAPS and HOTELS.com what is the best rate you're able to find at an acceptable 2.5* or better hotel?

To give it a try did you want to first only bid your first group of zones (Chelsea, DT, HK, LES, Soho) up to your limit before adding your second group of zones, OR is your goal the least expensive 2.5* or better in any of the acceptable zones above?
