Priceline Hotel: Hollywood Hotel Dec 24-25 Bidding Help

Hi all, I want to bid a 3.5 star -4 star hotel in Hollywood area during Christmas.

I don't drive, so I only want to stay in Hollywood area to visit all attractions by public transit & by foot

Below is my thinking but I am not sure if it is possible to succeed.

Location: Hollywood ( Priceline bid location:7)

Time: Dec 24-26

Budget: 75-85 max per night

Question: Priceline area 1 Beverly Hills - West Hollywood , if I bid a hotel in this area, is it also convenience?

Pls give me some suggestions on hotel bidding in this area.

Keep in mind that some attractions may close early on Christmas Eve and on Christmas Day. Are you willing to pay more for a 4* vs. a 3.5* OR is your goal the least expensive 3.5* or better for this trip?

Hopefully somebody more local to the area than i am will be able to comment regarding mass transit within this zone, but what attractions do you intend to visit as that may help in knowing if this zone will also suit your needs.
