Priceline Hotel: 5* Hongkong (West HK Island) JW Marriott

Hi all,

I'm new to this forum AND to priceline.

Looking for a nice 5*Hotel in HK for a Weekend (Sat-Mon / Aug 27-29).

What price range would you suggest? I've heard lots of good things about the JW Marriott but I'd like not to exceed US$120 this time....

At the 5* level you have one re-bid zone available. If you're not familiar with re-bdiding please read RE-BIDDING EXPLAINED and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zone with the board before proceeding.

If you understand re-bidding i would bid as follows:

Select 5* HK Island West....

Bid $115, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $120.

You may get lucky and get accepted, but if the above is rejected, i would suggest trying again in 72 hours and raising your maximum bid to $130 if your budget allows as i think you improve your chances (at which point i would repeat the above but bid $125 and $130, respectively)

I got the JW Marriott for US$120. :)

First bid was $115, then I additionally selected the "East Side" and the bit got acceppted at $120.

So here I am, another lucky first-time priceline user!
