WilliamK Posted October 28, 2012 Report Posted October 28, 2012 I used the PRICELINE link to book my 4 star hotel in mid-town East of New York City, started at $100 then tried $120, $140, and then $160 was accepted by adding zones 4, 8, 9, 13, 14, and 17 that do not have 4* hotels.
