Priceline Hotel: 3* Lexington (East) Hyatt Place Lexington

I think I need some help with bidding in the Lexington zones. I have been using the PRICELINE link for the last 2 nights. I am bidding 3 1/2* in the North and South zones, and 3* in the East zone. I have won the East zone before and it was at the Hyatt Place. It was a very nice hotel, so hoping we would win that if I bid there again as it is currently the only one reported. I have bid from $52-$67 with $9 bonus cash on top of that for the 3 1/2* level and from $50-$64 with the $9 bonus cash added in. This is all been without success. Any tips? The dates I am trying to book for are 10/25-10/28

Also, is anyone able to distinguish which hotel this might be for me? This is from the Priceline express deals

Lexington East area 3* $93/night

It also says $132 for similar hotels

The Hyatt Place would be my best guess for this one, although the Residence Inn would be at least one other possible outcome.

Finally won a hotel. I paid $80/night, but had $9 in bonus cash per night so a total of $89 a night.
