Hotwire Hotel: *2 hotel in Central Park West

Im trying to find a hotel for $200 max with taxes and everything included that is 3 stars somewhere in Manhattan. I've never been to NY but I'm assuming anywhere in Manhattan is pretty safe.

Hi,

I just found a 2 star hotel in Central Park West through Hotwire. Is this a bad area, do you know what hotels they could be? It's going for $130 a night, so I guess I shouldn't expect much.

Any help would be appreciated.

What are the dates of your stay? While you can usually get to anywhere from anywhere in Manhattan, there are some areas that are certainly more centrally located then others. What is your goal for this trip... the absolute least expensive place and star rating is of little importance OR the best hotel within your maximum budget?

How would you rate the following in terms of importance: location, star rating, price?

Dates of stay are 11/28-12/2. The trip is just a tourist visit. My max budget is about $210 a night including all taxes and fees. I would preferably like a 3 star but I dont know if its possible.
