Priceline Hotel: NYC 10/20-10/23 - tomorrow! :)

We're arriving to NYC on Saturday, for 3 days. We would like a 3+ star hotel in Manhattan area, at the maximum price of 400 USD (taxes included!). So it's around 120/night+taxes.

Is is possible? Any tips for bidding on the last day?

$120 is unfortunately going to be unlikely for these dates for 3+ in NYC - a 3* in Midtown is probably going to take more towards $140-150 +/-. Which zones would be acceptable?
