AFMerriam Posted August 14, 2005 Report Posted August 14, 2005 Very Nice Hotel Hilton Garden Inn ...Scottsdale NORTHThis is not the downtown Scottsdale Hilton Garden Inn. Its about 13 miles north from Old Town Scottsdale. It turned out for the best (for me) because it is closer to my daughter.

AFMerriam Posted August 20, 2005 Author Report Posted August 20, 2005 Yes this was my first bid for this stay.I don't really try to get the VERY best price. I have a simple strategy. I look for the best discount motel price (e.g. Super 8, Motel 6) and then try to upgrade for the same price. :)
